Facilitating effective collaboration to deliver CX in large multi-department organizations
This project seeks to provide independent insight and advice to help CEOs, CX leaders, and teams throughout the organization work better together by understanding the level of collaboration needed to deliver the desired customer experience.

CX in Higher Education
In late 2020, CXPA began a project to build an understanding of how CX is offered by colleges, universities and other institutions of Higher Education. In the next phase of this project, CXPA will continue data collection; analyze collected data; and use the insights gained to develop approaches tailored to the goal of creating greater consistency and alignment of CX in higher education and professional practice.
