Upcoming Holiday Office Closure

In recognition of the holiday season, CXPA offices are closed from Friday, December 29th at 2pm ET thru Tuesday, January 2nd. We appreciate your understanding as we take a short pause and we look forward to being of service in the upcoming year. 

An Open Letter to the CX Community

At CXPA, we believe that customer experience creates a better world by encouraging organizations to build and execute strategies that deliver better outcomes for customers, employees, and sustainable business results. We believe the greatest inhibitor to the growth of CX is a lack of understanding and consensus about customer experience. This often causes confusion, inaction, or poor execution that keeps organizations from recognizing the benefits of a well-structured, well-supported customer experience approach.

CCXP Program: A Year in Review

The CCXP Advisory Committee, after a year of dedicated volunteer work, has approved policy and procedure changes that will take effect over the next six to seven months.  We are happy to share advance notice and transparency on why we have made these changes and how they might affect you. 

A very special thank you to Darin Byrne, CCXP who will complete term as the 2023 Chair of the CCXP Advisory Committee this year after serving as a committee member since 2019. He reflects on a decade-long journey with the CXPA, time on the advisory committee, and the accomplishments we have achieved this year.

Now Open: CX Leaders Advance Conference Faculty Submissions
Are you interested in serving as faculty for the 2024 CX Leaders Advance conference in Denver, Colorado? The conference agenda will be designed to foster engagement on pressing issues faced by CX leaders grounded in the CXPA CX Framework. Those selected as faculty members will design and lead (or co-lead) one or more sessions to be held May 1 - May 2. Because the CX community values continuous learning, all faculty members are full conference registrants which includes full participation in all conference activities including the April 30 opening reception. We can't wait to see your faculty submissions!
