Upcoming Holiday Office Closures

In recognition of the holiday season, CXPA offices are closed from Friday, December 22nd at 2pm ET thru Tuesday, January 2nd. We appreciate your understanding as we take a short pause and we look forward to being of service in the upcoming year. 

CXPA Announces 2024 Board of Directors

As the independent global authority dedicated to advancing the field of CX, the association is governed by a Board of Directors elected from membership. Members of the 2024 Board work as CX leaders, consultants, and business partners supporting customer experience at respected global brands such as Hitachi, UKG, HP, and Bain & Company. The Board includes six representatives from outside the United States, including Jayalakshmi Sudarshan, CCXP, Customer Experience Manager, HP, Bangalore, India, who has been elected to serve as 2024 CXPA Treasurer, beginning her path to serving as CXPA Chair in 2026.
