April Online Learning Opportunities

Spring has sprung!

We hope that, as the calendar turns another page into April, your efforts to advance CX within your organization, deliver more value for your customers and clients, and turbocharge your career are in full bloom. 

CXPA's event calendar is rapidly filling up as well. Each week, on the CXPA homepage, you'll find a weekly "Need to Know" post that provides details for webinars, live stream events, and local network virtual gatherings are taking place that week. These events offer insights into topics that are relevant to CX professionals today and are a great way to meet and network with others.

But perhaps you want to dive even deeper into CXPA's knowledge domains. Maybe you're studying to take the Certified Customer Experience Professional Exam (now available from the comfort of your own home). Or, you're new to CX, and would simply like to learn more about how to put all the pieces together. If either of these descriptions sound like you--read on to see what online learning activities are happening in April.

CXPA Recognized Training Providers (RTPs)

There's a variety of training on the market that labels itself "CX," and it can be difficult to know if the instructor and the course content are of quality. If you see this logo in a provider's marketing materials, you can be assured that CXPA has evaluated the training curriculum and ensured that it aligns with our CX Knowledge Domains, in addition to evaluating the professional credentials of individual trainers. 

On April 12th-13th, Ian Golding, CCXP will be holding an online CX masterclass covering the CX competencies along with the role of employees in delivering great experiences. Lynn Hunsaker, CCXP, will be holding an online course on strategic CX metrics & ROI--a critical topic for CX professionals today--on April 15th.

European CX professionals are in for a treat on April 20th, as CX-Impact, led by Olivier Mourrierras, CCXP, kicks off its 4-day course on Mastering CX. Meanwhile, OmniTouch International's Daniel Ord, CCXP, is also offering a CCXP prep course that week.

CXPA's Peer-to-Peer CCXP Support Community

Do you want to gain access to a supportive community of aspiring CCXPs, many of whom are preparing to sit for the exam? Join our Peer-to-Peer CCXP Support Community. Here, you'll be able to access a library of call recordings and peer study sessions to help you get ready for the exam. You don't have to be a CXPA member to access the community--you simply need to create an account--though some features will be limited for non-members.
