As Vice President of Service Level Transformation for nThrive, Dave Seaton is responsible for building and executing a support services transformation strategy that includes digital experience, Voice of the Customer programs, operational excellence, and service revenue generation. Dave works closely with support, client success, marketing, and product delivery teams to improve the client experience post-implementation. Dave joined nThrive 13 years ago and has served in various roles over the years including product development, support, and operational excellence. Dave studied customer experience transformation at Harvard Business School and received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Oklahoma State University. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt as well as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional.
