Bio

Customer Experience (CX) leader with 15 years of experience in the public accounting and consulting sector, working directly with clients in manufacturing & distribution, real estate & construction, higher education, state & local government, financial services, health care and others. Built one of the first CX programs in the public accounting sector. Heavy emphasis on Voice of the Customer. Served as feedback conduit between customers and service teams.
