About Us

It’s pretty easy to share what makes OmniTouch different.

We’ve been training professionally for 20 years.  So far across 40 countries and dozens of industries.

We’ve developed one of the most robust Customer curriculums in the industry – with more than 25 industry-leading workshops in Customer Experience, Employee Experience, Contact Centers & Customer Service.

And we’re constantly creating new courseware and learning interventions – both for our own curriculum and for Clients who commission us to write programs for them.

And we’re Researchers too.   We don’t just talk about how important VOC is. 

Our Research Division has conducted 20 years of Mystery Shopper, Focus Groups, Interviews, Surveys and more for Clients around the world.  And we share our real world experience in our workshops.

We’re also University Lecturers.  In Germany, we’ve been engaged by Hochschule Fresenius to write & deliver CX courseware for MBA Students. 

This follows years of guest teaching at both the Singapore Civil Service College and the Executive Education Division of Universiti Utara Malaysia.
