October 3rd is CX Day! Join us as we celebrate as a CX community. One of the exciting things about a career in Customer Experience is the many backgrounds, skills and experiences that can lead us to the profession. Getting a degree in 'Customer Experience' isn't an option right now. And yet, career opportunities related to Customer Experience continue to grow. Whether you're a practitioner or a service provider, your journey probably started somewhere else - and it may lead you somewhere new. Where did we all come from? Where might this path lead us?
We've assembled a panel of Customer Experience professionals from a variety of backgrounds to share their journey and open our eyes to new career potential. As always, there is no cost to attend (including non-members) and great food will be served. Please register today.

Event Parking Details
The Highlight Center is located northwest of the intersection of Central Ave and Broadway St NE. To get into the lot turn north on Quincy St NE, go past Able Brewery and take the first right into the lot. There is additional parking to the west in the large parking lot that is reserved for Highlight Center tenants. SportsEngine is located on the third floor; access is primarily via the elevator to your right as you come through Main Entrance/"Door 12". There are also stairs, that will have signage indicating directions, as well.
