Please join us as we launch the Cape Town local network of the CXPA. We'll have a very special guest - Diane Magers the CXPA CEO - with us this evening to celebrate. We'll be sharing some of the SA CX community engagement initiatives that are on the horizon for the rest of 2018 and beyond. There will be a Q&A panel about the CXPA and the CCXP certification, followed by networking and refreshments.

The event is open to members and non-members alike. It will be a great opportunity to connect with fellow CX professionals, learn about the CXPA in South Africa, and share your feedback with local network leaders about how the association can support South Africa's growing community of customer experience practitioners.
