Our presenters will give 10-minute “Ted Talks” around this theme that will include insights around the practical use of new technologies such as chatbots, virtual reality and artificial intelligence and how these technologies serve to accelerate customer-centric behaviors and business outcomes (and what the challenges are). We’ll also discuss how technology innovation will transform the very roles that we as CX practitioners play.
