Please join us for our 2018 local networking Kick-off event on Tuesday, March 13th from 11:45-1:00pm, The Evolution of CX. At this event, we will feature two panelists who have a long history of CX to talk about what they have gone through and what they see in the future.
We will use this to spark a conversation about what YOU are facing in your organization today. Please come with stories to share about what are your biggest challenges and what you see at your biggest initiatives in 2018. We'll talk about:
- Where did you focus first?
- What were the quick wins and unexpected insights?
- What challenges did you face in changing the status quo?
- How do you see your CX program evolving?
