Please park in the Westin Hotel parking garage. When you pull into the main courtyard of the Westin Hotel off of South College St, the parking garage will be on your right. When you enter, take a left and drive down a ramp or two to find a spot. When you come up the elevators, you will get off at "L". This brings you inside the Westin; come off the elevator into the Westin and take an immediate left out to the courtyard and WeWork is the building on the left. Ride the elevator up to 9 and registration will be right there.

Change management is at the core of any successful customer experience management effort, and the Charlotte LNE is pleased to add to our CX day agenda a talk from change management expert, Tim McCleary. Tim is the founder and managing director of The Involvement Practice, and has been a guest lecturer on communication and brand-building issues at Columbia, Cornell, Syracuse, MIT, Northeastern, the University of Virginia, and Ryerson University in Toronto.
This year we will be celebrating CX Day in the innovative new co-working space at WeWork uptown!
