Speaker Bio - Melissa Moore
As Mattersight’s first Chief People Officer, Melissa Moore’s mission is simple: Recruit, Hire and Retain Great Employees. Melissa is also Mattersight’s Sr. Behavioral Model expert and developed the adoption and behavior change strategy used by clients to integrate Behavioral Analytics into their organizations. Both roles capitalize on her 15+ years in call center operations and contact center consulting in the healthcare, financial, telecommunications, hospitality and insurance industries.
