Covid-19 has certainly thrown everything for a loop these last few months. We hope that our local CXers and their loved ones have been staying safe and healthy.

While the global health crisis has presented some challenges in terms of maintaining our regular quarterly meet-ups, we're determined not to let it prevent us from growing, learning and supporting the local CX community! With the full backing of the CXPA global, team, we're shifting our events online until it's safe to resume in-person gatherings.

So please join the CXPA local network for our second event of 2020!

Now more than ever it's important for companies to understand their customers. Consumer wants, needs, hopes and fears have changed dramatically as a result of the health crisis. CX teams need to help their organizations keep tabs on this, or risk falling out of favor in the "new normal". During this online session, we'll discuss empathy maps as tools to help teams connect with the needs of customers, and we'll have an interactive group activity to show you how to build one.

Join us for an interactive "lunch and learn" via Zoom. We'll open the Zoom room from 12:30 so that participants have an opportunity to virtually mingle and catch up. The interactive 1- hour workshop will start at 13:00.

When you register you will receive an order confirmation from Eventbrite that contains a link to add the event to your calendar.

You will also receive an email from Eventbrite containing both the Zoom and Mural log in details 48 hours before, 2 hours before and at the event’s start time.
