Estate Manager Tim Coons will share insight into key areas of the Peller Estates experience, making it one of the most coveted winery experiences the region has to offer.
You will also hear from Robert Hagley and Clare Cameron from the City of Burlington. They will share how they've successfully integrated a new customer experience strategy across their organization, managed our employee's experience and show the change in their customer experience metrics.
