CX Leaders Advance is the premier independent conference for professionals who lead (or significantly contribute to the leadership) of a CX program at corporations, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits.
This conference experience is designed with your needs in mind - no overbearing sales pitches, forced time in exhibit halls, or product promotions masquerading as educational sessions. Instead, you will find ample time to hear from CX practitioners and thought leaders and work alongside fellow attendees to ensure that you get advice relevant to your most pressing needs.

Last year's inaugural program achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 81 and with the help of our volunteer leader planning committee, we intend to create an even better program this year!
Your conference registration includes twelve hours of targeted customer experience education; heavy hors d'oeuvres opening reception, breakfast; lunch, and dinner on Wednesday; breakfast and lunch on Thursday; and refreshments throughout the conference. Attendees are responsible for travel expenses and arrangements.
Certified Customer Experience Professionals earn 12 professional development credits toward maintaining the CCXP certification through full conference participation.

Hotel Reservations
We have established a special hotel rate for conference attendees for this program at our host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center. It is available on a first-come, first-reserved basis through April 8, 2024. We encourage you to register early to ensure the best conference experience.
Note: All registrations from CX service providers and sales development professionals are subject to review to confirm above eligibility. Registration fees are 50% refundable through April 23. Beginning April 24, registrations may be transferred but are non-refundable.
