Join us for an interactive online discussion! As we continue the CX Centric Conversation World Tour we head over to South Africa. Creating superior customer experience is  one of the central objectives in today’s business environment. Organizations around the globe have embraced the concept of customer experience management, with many incorporating the notion into their mission statements. It would be a mistake for an organization to be so confident in the quality of and demand for their products/or services that they ignore the customer experience.

In this CX Centric Conversation we aim to explore The Trends in customer experience and what these trends could mean for your organisation. The trends will be based on the CX-Centric  State of  Customer Centricity Report, in which over 200 organisations globally took part in the report.

We will begin with a presentation from Jonathan Daniels, Director of CX-Centric, who will share insights and concepts regarding innovation and the future of Customer Experience.

This will be followed by the amazing Ephraim Sebopela who will  speak on the trends in Customer Experience in South Africa.
