But culture plays a very strong and important role in how your business performs. The way you approach business as an organisation matters. The way you approach your work on a daily basis also matters. And we've got the case studies to prove it, and to show you how you can create a culture with intention.

In this CX Centric Conversation we aim to explore the concept of Customer-Centricity, and what it could mean for your organisation.

We will begin with 2 speakers from industry leaders, showcasing case studies and offering their perspectives on how they have successfully used Customer Experience to drive growth.

We will then break up into groups to explore the opportunities and challenges which are relevant for businesses today, and brainstorm solutions together.
