About the Speaker: Lynn Hunsaker, CCXP, led customer experience company-wide for many years at Applied Materials and Sonoco. Starting out in the Strategic Planning department, she was VoC Manager, Customer Satisfaction Improvement Manager, Marketing Director, and Head of Corporate Quality. Lynn was a CXPA board member and currently leads the CXPA Phoenix Network. She is 1 of 5 Customer Think Hall of Fame authors and she conducted the world’s first global study of B2B customer experience management for 5 years. She is Chief Customer Officer at ClearAction Continuum and founder of the Experience Value Exchange, which helps companies make CX a team sport.
