BACKGROUND:
Businesses are running harder than ever to keep up with the pace of change in their industries and the many disruptive forces impacting the status quo.   But culture and process are often the biggest barriers to true change, slowing down idea generation and destroying a companies’ ability to disrupt from within.

In a rapidly changing world where brand perceptions are increasingly shaped by experience and utility, it is more important than ever to be agile and to continuously innovate.

The ability to rapidly translate ideas into action is the ultimate competitive advantage.

WHY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & AGILE INNOVATION?
Agile innovation is about more than a need to be innovative in product development but also in marketing and communications as well.

Innovation is about finding unique solutions to solve problems and agile innovation is doing that quickly with a smaller upfront investment.  Customer Experience research, journey mapping and customer-centric thinking uncovers boundless opportunity but often the solutions require a big investment of time and money to implement.

Jan Kelley has developed a process to truncate the life cycle by taking the essence of an idea, building a minimum viable product and validating with customers.
