Join us for an interactive and informative gathering of CX professionals and hear how Texas Capital Bank established and evolved their Client Experience program since its inception in 2015. Anne Witherspoon, EVP, CCXP, Director of Client Onboarding, Service Delivery and Client Experience and Lisa Nance, SVP, CCXP Manager, Client Experience will take you along on their Client Experience journey based on CX best practices and methodologies. The program will include the opportunity for attendees to participate in breakout discussions and share their own CX adventures.
