Description

Continuous Process Improvement typically begins in operational areas of an organization focusing on opportunities to reduce cost and improve productivity. While the intent may ultimately be to improve the external customer experience, what does the customer actually see?

Please join our guest presenter, Bruce Hamilton, President of the Greater Boston Manufacturing Partnership (GBMP) at 1:00 p.m. on May 13 for some reflections on these questions.
