If you struggle to build a Customer Experience (CX) culture at your workplace or want to learn how, then join the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) Rochester Network July 27th (8:00am – 9:00am) onsite at Excellus BCBS (Court St.) to hear how the Customer Experience Manager at Excellus BCBS is making an impact with the CX Champions program.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are no longer COVID restrictions at Excellus BCBS, but visitors have the choice of wearing a mask or not – they are not required! We plan to provide an online experience via Zoom for those that are uncomfortable or unable to join us onsite. Registration is required for both onsite and online attendance.
