Our events are informal and informative. We meet monthly at 8:30 am and discuss a different CX topic each month until about 9:45. Some stay to chat, but we typically wrap up by 10:00 am. Everyone picks up their own tab for breakfast.

For many companies, this statement marks the beginning of their customer experience (CX) program. However, thinking only about the survey and questions to ask has businesses jumping in at the end of the planning process. A sustainable CX program requires a blueprint, too, and we call this “governance.”
At our September meeting, we'll use this recent article as a basis for a discussion about CX governance.
