Description The CXPA Chicago Network team invites you to join us and other passionate CX professionals for our monthly CX Morning Meet-up on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 8:30AM - 9:45AM.
We meet on the second Wednesday of each month to share ideas, knowledge and experiences about any and all things CX. We welcome CXPA members and non-members, CX professionals and those interested in learning more about the CX profession, best practices and how CX peers are getting the work done solving business problems and improving experiences.
This is an informal and engaging group dialog and
no registration is needed. Just show up, get a cup of coffee and a pastry - let's start sharing and learning from each other.
Topic: Reacting to recent posts about the possible "watering down of the CX profession" and what we can do about it. How are you defining your CX teams, programs and the work to be done? How is your group aligned within your organization and/or what have you seen create the most effective environment for CX success?
