Bio: Derek Mlaker is a Sr. CX Director at Medallia, having spent the last 8 years in various roles working with Fortune 500 brands in the areas of customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX) and eCommerce. Prior to joining Medallia, Derek held consulting positions at Oracle, Reflektion and Groupon where he’s worked with organizations across retail, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing.
