On the first Tuesday of October each year, Customer Experience Day (CX Day) is celebrated around the world, a date recognized by the United States Congress. Since its creation in 2013, CX Day brings together professionals to share experiences, best practices, trends, and strategies in the world of CX and celebrates Customer Experience as a business discipline. CX Day was founded by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), the world's leading non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and cultivation of the customer experience profession.
CXPA is thrilled that for the first time in the Latin American region our valued Recognized Training Provider Clientrika is organizing a series of Customer Experience events that celebrates the original roots of CX Day and reflects all the advancement that has been developed by customer experience professionals. (While there have been some other Latin America customer experience celebrations in the past, these have been organized independent of the official CX Day program and its spirit of being part of the global October celebration.)
Join a full week of celebration and pure learning about Customer Experience (CX), Retention, Loyalty, and Digital Innovation, with speakers and panelists from all over Latin America: Mexico, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, and Argentina. We will also have a special panel of CXPA leaders including regional council members and global board members.
