Please join the CXPA Phoenix Local Networking team for our monthly lunch to discuss challenges and best practices in CX!  
For our July meeting, we will discuss activities and map out “show and tells” that align to the objectives we decided to focus on as a group in June, they are:
  • Discuss how others are capturing and mining the voice of the customer and customer insights.
  • Share how we are all taking those insights and making the actionable for the customer.
  • Identify best practices to engage other departments in CX and the voice of the customer, infusing it throughout the entire company.
These are not exhaustive and will be added to over time as needs change.
