The CXPA Charlotte Local Networking Team invites you to network and compare notes on experiences and challenges. This is the second installment of a new, informal, all-conversation, fast-moving meet-up on a topic relevant to the core concepts and principles of CX as a management discipline.

We choose the topic, you choose the anecdotes or questions you'd like to add to the group discussion. This month we will be focusing on the intersection between CX and Human Resources

Why is it important as a CX professional to partner with HR, and what are the benefits? What are the different ways that HR and CX intersect and can work together? What are the sources of friction between CX and HR teams? How do you cultivate a relationship and build trust with HR? How do you divide ownership of CX initiatives that feel like traditionally HR territory? What are some successful collaborations between CX and HR that you have been a part of or heard about?
