The CCXP certification is an industry-wide, standardized certification for CX practitioners to demonstrate their customer experience management expertise and accomplishments. The individuals who have earned the CCXP, have met the experience requirements for the credential and passed a rigorous examination. To maintain the credential, each CCXP must complete and document ongoing training in customer experience.
