Rhonda Allen was recently announced as the first Chief Customer Experience Officer at Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). In this new role, Allen will serve as MARTA’s “internal customer advocate” responsible for establishing the agency’s inaugural Riders’ Advisory Council, MARTA officials said in a press release.
Matt Zelen was recently appointed to Chief Customer Officer at UserTesting. In this role, Zelen will lead to global customer success initiatives and drive UserTesting customer implementation, enablement, and training programs.
Mike Illum was recently announced as Chief Customer Officer at Kar's Nuts. Mr. Illum has more than 25 years of senior-level sales experience with consumer packaged goods companies, most recently as executive vice-president of sales, marketing, and R.&D. at Kettle Cuisine. Mr. Illum also has held various sales positions at Keurig Green Mountain Inc., Bolthouse Farms, Campbell Soup Co., Elmer’s Products, Inc. and Kraft Foods Group.
