Billy May has been appointed as Chief Customer Officer for J.Crew Brand. As Chief Customer Officer, he will lead customer-facing aspects of the business and be responsible for advancing J.Crew's digital transformation across marketing, loyalty, stores, and e-commerce. Mr. May will report to Michael J. Nicholson, Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Sarah Rasmusen has been appointed as Chief Customer Officer at Land's End, Inc. The company's current senior vice president of e-commerce, to the newly-created position of chief customer officer, as part of its continued focus, to drive a consistent customer experience across the business. In this new role, Rasmusen will lead customer experience activities for the company across all selling channels. She will also be responsible for developing all strategies and plans related to leveraging and deploying customer-facing capabilities across these channels.
Conny Kalcher recently appointed as newly-created Chief Customer Officer at Zurich. Starting July 01, the company's first chief customer officer will be in charge of delivering what Zurich described as a "unique and distinctive" customer experience. She brings expertise from the likes of MindFolio and the LEGO Group.
