Ben Phillips has recently joined Nielsen's Consumer Insights (CI) business as Global Head of CX. With a 10+ year background in CX measurement, engagement, and strategic delivery, Ben has been appointed to own and develop Nielsen's competitive position in the industry. Over time he will also be seeking to develop partnerships with new technology companies and enhancing the overall suite of CX capabilities offered by Nielsen as one of the world's top market insights and data collection companies.
Stacey Renfro will be joining The Vitamin Shoppe as EVP, Chief Customer, and Digital Experience Officer. Renfro was most recently EVP, planning & Allocations at Pier 1 Imports. Prior to that role, she spent five years (2013-2018) leading the e-commerce and customer experience transformation at Pier 1. From 2004 through 2013, she was employed at JCPenney in roles of increasing responsibility, primarily in e-commerce, culminating in her last position as divisional vice president, digital commerce.
Joel Hofman recently got appointed as Chief Customer Officer at People.ai. Joel Hofman is a 20-year tech industry veteran with a proven track record of leading and managing customer service teams and building long-term relationships with customers. In his role at People.ai Hofman will lead the Customer Success organization.
