CX Leaders Advance is designed with the needs of CX leaders in mind.  We’ve skipped the exhibit hall and platform-specific sessions to design a conference experience tailored to support your individual and organization's CX success.  Sessions are led by Chief Experience Officers, Digital CX Leaders, published authors, and renowned CX consultants from across the globe including 27 CCXPs from 8 different countries. 

The agenda includes 18 sessions, each crafted to address pressing topics for CX leaders in a unique application-oriented format.  In each session, the speakers will present key factors to consider and then work alongside you and your fellow attendees to help you strategize how you will apply the concepts in your organization. The day one agenda focuses on excellence within your CX team including sessions on What it takes to lead a World-Class CX Program to deliver World-Class results, Prioritizing Interventions Across Experience Gaps, Interdependencies, and CX Objectives, and Charting Your Use of AI in CX: Where We Are and Where We're Going.  On day two, we broaden the focus to look at how CX supports overall business objectives including A Real Conversation about CEO Priorities, CX is Good Business: How to Demonstrate the Added Economic Value of CX to Your Organization, Inflection Points: Expanding Your Leadership Influence to Drive Business Impact, and Becoming a Business Partner to Other Departments and Driving Positive Financial Outcomes.  We’ll round up the conference at the end of Day two with an all-star “Ask Me Anything” panel session to ensure you go home with valuable thinking that you can put into action. 

Of course, the conference experience is more than the formal sessions.
