In addition to experience in the telecommunications industry for a company that operates bilingually in French and English, Georges currently serves as Chair of the CXPA Africa Leadership Council and is a 2022 CXPA Emerging Leader award winner.

·        Erin Wallace, CCXP, is Director of NPSx by Bain & Company.  Erin has a history of involvement with CXPA since its inception as well as a track record of nonprofit Board service.  In her current role, she has front-seat access to the latest developments on the Net Promoter System®, built on one of the most widely recognized customer experience concepts.

In addition, Benjamin Easaw, CCXP, Managing Director, Digital Experience at Cetera Financial Group serves as Chair of the CCXP Advisory Committee and will be joining the 2024 CXPA Board as part of those leadership duties.

Additions contribute to an increasingly talented and international Board

With the addition of these four individuals, the seventeen-person CXPA Board will include six directors based outside of the United States including Jayalakshmi Sudarshan, CCXP, Customer Experience Manager, Hewlett Packard Inc, Bangalore, India, who has been selected by the Board to serve as 2024 CXPA Treasurer, beginning her path to serving as CXPA Chair in 2026.  The 2024 Board will include representatives from an impressive array of organizations, including CX leaders employed within organizations, independent consultants, and valued service and platform providers.  The Board is a diverse group in regard to gender, nationality, ethnicity, and other personal characteristics – but united in the commitment to advancing CX professionalism through CXPA.
