Member Event: CXPA Connections 2022

The Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing the discipline of customer experience management. The organization provides educational resources, networking opportunities, and a
certification program for customer experience professionals. In 2022, the CXPA published the CX Book of Knowledge and the Effective Collaboration monograph series, which provide valuable insights and guidance for CX professionals.

On Tuesday, December 20, the CXPA is hosting a virtual event called CXPA Connections 22, which provides an opportunity for members of the CXPA community to reflect on the organization's accomplishments in 2022, reconnect with peers, and plan for a successful 2023. The event will feature on-demand content from publication authors, CXPA leaders and staff, as well as two special networking sessions. These sessions will provide an opportunity for members to share their accomplishments and aspirations with fellow CXPA members, and receive support and inspiration from their peers.

“CXPA Connections will offer a safe space for our members to connect and share customer experience successes and challenges,” said Greg Melia, CAE, CEO of the association. “There’s no better time than the end of the year to reflect on progress and plan for the year ahead.”

CXPA members can mark their calendars to visit the event website on December 20 and can choose to attend one of two community networking sessions by registering here. The event will provide valuable insights, support, and networking opportunities for CX professionals as they prepare for 2023.
