One of my great pleasures as a CXPA Board member this year is working with the ten new Regional Councils to help guide CXPA’s relevance and growth around the globe. I am so energized by the passion of these leaders and excited about the conversations. I am also honored to have been asked to lead a series of workshops to gather insight from members to help deepen CXPA’s understanding of each of our key audiences by region, their needs related to CX, how we might be able to serve those needs, and the business model for their CXPA involvement. This will help the Regional Councils, Network Leaders, and CXPA Board review, align, and deliver existing CXPA resources, as well as consider the development of new resources and business models.
These workshops are built with the spirit of hearing customer voices and perspectives to guide our organization's strategy. During the 90-minute workshop, we hope to create a space for a deep conversation to capture insights, impressions, and observations about a key audience customer segment. By participating in the workshop, you will:
- Meet and work alongside other CXPA members
- Experience customer engagement in customer segment work
- Have a voice in helping CXPA better understand customer needs in your region
- Contribute to the advancement and relevance of CXPA
The first workshop focused on the Asia and Oceania regions was conducted on May 26. We have two upcoming sessions scheduled, with geographic focuses as identified. However, you may sign up for whichever session fits your schedule.
