During the 2015 Insight Exchange we will once again be holding the CX Innovation Awards Luncheon. During this lunch, the CXPA will announce the 2015 CX Innovation Award winners from a field of top notch finalists.
Who can submit?
These awards are for practitioners who have implemented customer experience efforts within their companies (not for vendors and consultants that have helped). We encourage all practitioners to submit a nomination describing a program, capability, design or initiative that promoted customer experience excellence and achieved business results.
How to win?
We encourage submissions that detail the methods and approaches used and describe their impact. There will be a total of 10 finalists and 5 winners. A panel of judges will review all submissions and rate them on the degree to which the submission:
- Specifies new and different practices or exemplifies the application of existing practices in new ways
- Achieved noticeable outcomes, such as revenues, customer acquisition, customer retention, culture change or other recognized business outcomes. Advances the field of customer experience for others
How to submit?
We want to recognize finalists at the CXPA Insight Exchange in San Diego on May 5-6, 2015, so the deadline for submissions is Friday, March 13, 2015 5:00pm EST.
