CXPA founded CX Day, which is officially recognized on the first Tuesday in October each year by the US Congress. 

Each year. the worldwide CXPA community, companies and CX advocates host events to recognize and celebrate the importance of customers, customer experience, and customer experience professionals.  Everyone is welcome to celebrate CX Day!

CX Day 2021: CX is a Team Sport

Join us and your global community on Tuesday, October 5th as we celebrate the impacts customer experience professionals make while working as a team. You'll be able to participate in online events and activities to celebrate the day and spread CX awareness.
