Testing Locations

We use two companies to provide exam locations for the CCXP exam throughout the United States, Canada, and across the world. Please use the following instructions and links to locate exam locations near you.

Please note the following:

  • We recognize there may be exam locations located in your area that do not appear on either list. Exam locations are chosen by the providers based on extremely strict criteria with regards to access security, data security, and physical appearance being high on the list. The providers consciously decide to only offer tests via those areas with highly secure locations, in order to guarantee that our candidates feel safe and secure and that the test items remain safe and cheating is not possible. If either would be compromised, the exam itself and thus the certification would immediately lose value. 

  • Unfortunately, addresses and/or phone numbers to centers may not appear as centers may close permanently without warning. There are no guarantees a center may be an available choice at the time you register for your exam.

  • Please check both sites listed below for locations located near you, and then let us know on your application where you would like to schedule your exam once approved. If you have already been approved, please send an email to CCXP Support and let us know which site has the location nearest you.

  1. Click on the link listed above.
  2. On the page that opens, click on "Locate a Test Center" at the top of the page. In the center of the page that opens, enter CCXP in the box that reads, "search or select from directory" and press the search button.
  3. Click on the  "CCXP - Certified Customer Experience Professional" link in green.
  4. In the area near top of page labeled "I Want To...", click on the green compass listed as "locate a test center".
  5. Choose your Country and if a State is required, choose that in the next field.
  6. Press the "next" button. 
  7. The Test Center Selection field will show. Enter your city, state (Birmingham, Alabama) or city, country (Paris, France), or a zip code in the field and press the search button.
  8. All available locations will appear in a list below. Please note that locations are listed in order of distance from the city center or zip code entered.

  1. Please click on the link listed above.
  2. Once on the new page, select your Country.
  3. If a State is required, choose your State and a list of cities will appear where centers are located.
  4. If a list does not appear, then there are no centers located in your area. If you have viewed the Prometric list and found no locations there, please contact us.
