2017 - 2018 Cancellation Policy:All refunds are subject to CXPA approval, as well as administrative and transaction fees.
- Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to Customer Spark start date will be refunded 100% of the registration fee less a £20 administration fee.
- Cancellations received between 8 - 20 days prior to Customer Spark start date will be refunded 50% of the registration fee less a £20 administration fee.
- Cancellations made 7 or less days prior to start of Customer Spark start date will not be refunded.
