This series of in-person and online events brings together an exclusive group of 'head of' brand CX Practitioners. Participation in the event is by invitation and will be open to members and non-members of the CXPA.

Come early and pick up your name badge and materials, grab some breakfast, and spend time getting to know other 'Head Of' brand CX Practitioners

9:00 AM - 10:50 AM - Morning Discussion

We’ll begin the morning with a conversation that kicks off with business results driven by CX professionals, and we’ll continue the discussion around various topics to be announced.

10:50 AM - 11:05 AM - Break

Time for a quick break to return phone calls and emails and grab refreshments. 

11:05 AM -  11:55 AM - Small Group Discussion

You’ll break into groups that will further explore the hottest topics covered during our morning discussion. Each group will seek out big takeaways in that specific area and share with everyone else.

We’ll come back together and wrap up the conversations we’ve had throughout the day. This is a time to share takeaways we’ve had in our separate smaller groups and say our goodbyes as we continue to build lasting connections with CX peers.
We’ll end directly at 4:00 PM and can assist you with arranging transportation to the airport.
