Armed with a passion for startups and building foundations from scratch, Antonio was charged with defining and building customer support, moderation, and creative content within BittyBay Ltd, and FunGuy Studio, in addition to several consultancy contracts. To date: Chat contacts - 45%, email contacts -35%, and calls:- 1%, which is rare since YOY contact growth is 30% across all channels.
As someone who has had the ability to hone his communication skills, with the help of collaborating in some instances across 7 different countries and associated time zones, his communication is succinct, effective, and full of images and GIFs from the hit show The Office. When he's not furiously typing away at 95WPM, he's often seen refereeing volleyball matches across the country, and internationally, as a certified national level volleyball referee for the NCAA and USAV organizations. That, or playing volleyball feverishly (one can deduce that volleyball is his life).
