    Are you a CX expert/speaker, CX professional/practitioner, and/or CX consultant who loves to share their expertise or experiences with other customer experience professionals, we would love to hear from you!

    Below you will find some guidance for what the Network is interested in this year. The information below is the result of feedback from our 2024 Network Planning Survey and aligns with the needs of our Network this year.

    Our ONLINE presentations will be held the last week of each month in 2024 on either a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday in the morning (8am – 9am EST) or lunchtime (12noon – 1pm EST). NOTE: based on our 2024 Network Planning Survey, this timing aligns with the availability of our Network and will help ensure we have maximum attendance from those in the U.S. and abroad.

    About the Network: The Rochester, NY Network of the CXPA has grown from a handful of names back in April 2022 to a Network that now has 300 CX professionals from around the world ranging from day-to-day practitioners to CXOs from major brands like, AT&T, Delta Faucet Company, Department of Labor, Essex Hotel Management, Fidelity, L.L. Bean, Mitsubishi, Nordstrom, REI, Renault, Vanguard, Verizon, Volvo and more.

    In 2023, our ONLINE presentation topics and speaker lineup attracted on average 55 CX professionals monthly, with roughly half of all registrants being new to the CXPA and the Rochester Network. In 2023, 94% of attendees either strongly agreed or agreed that our events "met their expectations" and 9 out of 10 were extremely likely to "attend a Rochester Network event in 2024."
