Hello CXPA Steering Committee!
Thank you to those who joined yesterday for the kickoff meeting of the Steering Committee's work. A recording of the meeting and associated Chat is available in this Library entry in the section of the Steering Committee Community.
Also, attached please find the Strategy Framing Research Report previewed yesterday and prepared by @Matty Rubenstein. As you review the report, please keep the following in mind:
- The intent of this work is to build a model connecting the perspectives of key CXPA stakeholders including senior CX practitioners, long time CCXP holders, the CXPA board, and senior volunteers. The interviews are inclusive of topics about the CX industry, CX practitioners, CX consumers, the CX domain, the CXPA, and the CCXP certification.
- The report presents Matty's summary takeaways of the various individual perspectives. As he notes, the varying perspectives are at varying degrees of conflict and agreement -- but a clear sense of passion, direction, and perceived mission between all interviewees.
The report unearths some key discussions that will be explored further through this project and even includes some potential directions that may be considered. It is presented as prepared in advance of yesterday's meeting. The next step in the process is for you to read the report and provide comments on the discussions, themes and framing of issues at a strategic level. Please review the report over the next week and provide comments directly to Matty by email at mrubenstein@associationlaboratory.com by the close of business on December 6, 2023. (We recognize that there may be some typos or differences in word selection - please know that these will be addressed accordingly and focus your comments on the higher strategic level concepts.)
As you review the report, you are welcome to use this email thread/discussion section of the Steering Committee community to ask any questions or share any general comments. This community includes Sylvia, Felicia, and Matty from the Association Laboratory team as well as Gabe and myself from the CXPA staff.
