As promised, I am sharing the research I did in conjunction with Awards International 3 years ago which I hope you will find useful.The Summary presents an overview, and I have also sent Greg the questionnaire with all the technical notes to share with Dean and anyone else who might want to see exactly what was asked. (As Dean noted, that's probably more detail than needed at this point.)
