    Hi all -

    As part of our biannual NPS Relationship survey we ask our customers to rank their satisfaction on a 1-5 scale for a variety of experience criteria - two of which are "billing/invoicing" and "contracting."  I am trying to find some benchmarks to help understand if the sentiment of our customers is typical of other B2B organizations.  For example, even promoters will score these categories low and take the opportunity in our open-ended feedback to mention them. 

    Are you aware of any benchmarking resources you could share?
