I'm new to this community, and wondered if anyone out there knows of any B2B CX benchmarking statistics/resources for the Professional Services industry (Accounting, Consulting, Tax, etc.)? I've looked through multiple sources, but am finding that this information - particularly for B2B - is hard to come by!
Any resources/insights anyone can share would be greatly appreciated!
