Hi Everyone,
This is just a friendly reminder for anyone interested in attending a conference which is focused on turning customers into a community of supporters and evangelists. The sixth annual Super Forum conference is due to take place next week on Oct 21st and 22nd at the Crystal City Marriott in Arlington, VA. In the past, the conference has only been available to Higher Logic clients but has since evolved into an industry event vs. a Higher Logic specific event.
If you're interested in improving customer satisfaction, retention and/or attendance at your events, I'd strongly encourage you to attend. As is hopefully demonstrated by the strong lineup of CX industry speakers, the educational content of the conference is second to none.
We're expecting approx. 500+ attendees this year, so it should be a great event. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me directly.
