    Hi Stephanie,

    Take a look at 2013 CXPA CX Innovation Award Winner Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan - a customer experience room was a key part of their entry.

    There is a posting (from a couple of years ago) from Ingrid Lindberg on a CX room here.

    Hope this gets you started. If I think of others, I'll post again.

    I've heard Adobe has an amazing customer room. Barbie Fink would be a good CXPA member to reach out to learn more.
