Bio

I am a global executive for medium and large global organizations, focused in Customer Experience, Professional Services, Customer Success and operation delivery.

I am a global transformational customer experience and service executive, customer-centric, strategic leader who has inspired, delivered, and developed new services portfolios for EMEA, APAC, NAM and a bit in LATAM regions. Among all my positions--past and present--one thing has remained consistent. I strategically create stronger talent and customer relationships, services that advance companies’ ability to innovate and successfully compete in cloud, on premise and multidisciplinary technologies sectors.

Holding executive leadership roles with Oracle, Ericsson, Amdocs, and Samsung further strengthened my strategy development and execution, services delivery, customer experience, consulting and simplification models capabilities and skill sets. Utilizing these skills allowed me to enable change, enhance services, and ensure customer success while generating higher adoption, retention, and renewals.

It’s worth noting that under my leadership I generated $170 million in annual net revenue while serving Oracle across EMEA. During this time, I collaborated with global teams and partners, delivered and implemented services, developed and executed new strategies and generated new services sales and licenses opportunities. Furthermore, I managed up to $71M P&L while exceeding quarterly contribution operating performance to the EBITDA.  As my resume suggests, I increased renewals and additional bi-annual revenue (ARR) by 230%. Lastly, I’ve achieved 87%+ in productivity gains by improving customer and employee retention, all while enhancing revenue, NPS, and other metrics results.

Over the years, I managed large, multicultural teams and multimillion dollar/euro projects. No matter what position I’ve held, my focus has always been to deliver exceptional customer value through building strong collaborative relationships, utilizing data insights and analytics with a consultative approach. This approach has helped companies I worked with to succeed and grow and develop customer driven organizations. 

I’ve resided in the USA, Brazil, Israel, Holland, UK and Germany. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Hebrew and still constantly improving my German. Have led multi-cultural global teams. Hold a MBA from Northwestern’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Industrial Engineering.
