Bio

With more than 25 years in corporate market research experience, Neal has built successful market research functions at organizations of all sizes, from Internet start-ups to fortune 500 companies. Neal has extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. He is recognized as a highly skilled moderator, and survey design and analysis expert. He provides impactful insights to all levels of management by innovatively synthesizing research findings to present a comprehensive view for decision making.   

Neal has worked on a broad spectrum of projects including customer segmentation, communications effectiveness, website usability, new product development, pricing, brand health, competitive intelligence and customer experience.  His thought leadership in customer experience has made him a popular speaker at many market research conferences. He has earned his customer experience certification (CCXP) from the Customer Experience Professional Association. Additionally, he has taught market research at Johns Hopkins, Carey School of Business.
